Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (like ibuprofen) for 24 hours before your appointment to minimise bleeding and skin sensitivity.
For lash treatments, all eyelash extensions must be removed, and growth serums discontinued 4 weeks prior.

Initial healing takes approximately 7-10 days. The treatment area during this time will appear darker and more defined than the final result.
You may experience light flaking around days 4-7, after which the pigment will soften significantly and settle into its true shade over 4-6 weeks.

PMU is safe for most healthy adults. Treatments cannot be performed on clients who are currently pregnant or nursing, undergoing chemotherapy, or taking Roaccutane/Accutane (must be off medication for at least 12 months).
If you have pre-existing PMU from another studio, photos must be submitted for pre-approval prior to booking to ensure the area can be successfully worked over.
